Sondra is a life coach/consultant, speaker, and podcaster. Really a lifelong learner and helper, her name literally means, “helper and defender of mankind.”

As a life coach Sondra strives to improve her clients’ lives by providing emotional, physical, and spiritual support. Sondra jokingly calls herself an emotion coach or detective. She desires to get to the root cause, pattern and/or habit of what is hindering people’s lives. She brings truth, hope and encouragement with a faith-based understanding.

Sondra is a board-certified mental health coach through the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC) with a focus on professional life coaching.

For 4 years Sondra hosted a biweekly podcast called, Word To Your Mothers®, where she has conversations around motherhood, parenting, faith, healing, and more. She hopes to bring back new episodes in 2025!

In the last several years, Sondra has worked to establish herself as a motivational writer, speaker and podcast host. she has authored a dozen articles on her blog and keynoted moms’ groups and other women’s organizations in Minnesota and Wisconsin.

She is a wife of 18 years and mom to two boys. In her free time, she is a worship singer at her local church, enjoys a good walk in nature and loves a thrift-shopping adventure.

• Born and raised in a small Midwestern town.
• I love RED shoes!
• At a young age I started speaking, singing and performing; so much so, that I went to conservatory school to be a professional performer.
• I was in a Great Clips commercial with professional race car drivers.
• 4-H for life!
• One of our babies was born in the water and one on land.
• Once lived in a 15-passenger van while traveling with a drama ministry for 6 months.
• LOL, I do love hugs!
